Failure to make timely payments may result in:

Removal of ads
Late feesTermination of agreement

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. No Guarantees

While Sunrise Reach uses industry best practices, we do not guarantee:
Specific search rankings
Specific revenue amounts
Specific advertising results

Any performance benchmarks or patient growth guarantees are governed solely by written service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom website designs, graphics, and marketing materials created by Sunrise Reach remain the property of Sunrise Reach until paid in full.

Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Sunrise Reach retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
